The quilt guild is always finding ways to give back to the community and to help those in need. Under the guidance of Joanne, we have been able to provide much need support and aid to various organizations and charities. At the April meeting, members were busy making support pillows for breast cancer patients and yo-yo’s to make wonderful items for kids. Sometimes it seems we don’t remember to thank Joanne enough for all the wonderful work and leadership she’s provided for the Guild’s charity projects.
