Thanks to Cathy Kropp and Joanne Krepps – we are able to relive this month of exciting events. Everything looked super. Health kept me away – but Cathy & Joanne are always there to help. That will be the case again in February – sorry! Anyhow – to see the Show & Tell go here; Michael Young’s Asian Trunk Show go here; or if you’re wanting to relive his Diamonds are Forever workshop go here.

A thousand pardons – members. But life doesn’t slow down, and that’s what I need it to do right now. Regardless – here you go. You’ll find last month’s newsletter here. The meeting was fun, food and games – so go here for those photos. There was the usual stunning Show & Tell which you can relive here. And finally – we swore in the new officers – with pics here. Enjoy and see you all at the January meeting!
Many thanks to Cathy Kropp for the September Show & Tell, and the September Program (It’s Sew Emma). These are the photos from the Guild’s Facebook page! As for November – you will want to go HERE for the small – but stunning Show & Tell, and HERE for the program provided by Janie Alonzo.
Well – had to miss the September meeting AND this year’s crowning event – our Quilt Auction. I believe Cathy Kropp has posted some September photos on the Facebook page. And thanks to Joanne Krepps, we have photos of the Auction. Also – thanks to Joanne – I was able to participate in the auction and wound up with a wonderful lap-sized quilt. For photos of the October Show & Tell – go here for the wonderful October program given by our own Kathy Hayson (Gelli Plate Printing) – go here. And for photos of the Auction – go here.
Here are a few photos from our October Meeting.

Novemeber Workshop Preview using Sue Pelland methods
Well – there were lots of photos and updates to post this month – so please accept apologies if you got too many e-mails with updates. I try to keep control of that, but it can get away from me. New postings to visit include: August Show & Tell, August Meeting – Salads and Games, New Auction postings, a Preview of the November Workshop and of course the August Newsletter.
Kathy shared a preview of the November Workshop at our August Meeting. That workshop will be lead by Janie Alonzo, Zo-Ray Creations, Austin, Texas, Certified Sue Pelland Designs Instructor, Lecture and Trunk Show “Fast and Fabulous” with quilts made using the Leaves Galore Template.

Carole’s visitation at Peter-Loring will be on Thursday, July 20th at 11:00 am, followed by funeral services at noon. Go to Peter-Loring for more information. Many of you are not aware – But Carole is the one, as AHQG President, strongly encouraged me to take over our website – update it and maintain it. Thanks, Carole, for your faith in me.

If you’re not clicking on the AHQG Auction on the top menu – then you’re missing out on all the updates and photos.
First up – an apology. As a person galloping up to old age – I totally messed up my June calendar and thinking – and missed the June meeting and have no photos. If anyone has photos, please let me know. I have added the last two newsletters (June & July), the July Show & Tell, photos from our July program presenter by 3 of our members and a new page I call Odds & Ends. Hope you enjoy.
We got the May Show & Tell and Kathy Smith’s Trunk Show posted now. Well worth a relook at everything that was on display this month. Also – there’s an Auction post and a Charity post – along with a post on our upcoming July workshop. Don’t forget to go to Auction and Charity for some small updates in those areas as well. Look at the post below for Kathy’s July workshop preview.
