We recently received a letter of appreciation from the SLEW Cancer Wellness Center. Thanks to your hard work and generosity, we were able to donate over 9 bags of cancer pillows. Great work!!

Lots of Holiday Cheer to share. For our December meeting we had our Christmas Potluck, Installation of new Officers, Blue Santa Donations and a little Show & Tell. Please note: Show & Tell for December is included with the Christmas Potluck photos. For Linda’s last Board Meeting, she entertained her fellow Board members with food and drink. We had some charity quilts to share – I have some pics from the Krier House. Click on each underlined event for a few photos.
A heartfelt thank you to our amazing high achievers! Thanks to your efforts, we donated 15 more quilts to the Krier House. These quilts bring color and comfort to the children there, many of whom arrive with no personal belongings. Each quilt becomes something they can cherish and call their own.
Special thanks to everyone who contributed to making these beautiful quilts. If you’d like to create a quilt for the Krier House, please reach out to Joanne.
Here are some photos of the quilts—your work is truly making a difference!
October was all about this year’s Guild Auction, With Millie as our auction leader – the auction was a smashing success. The winners are our supported charities and our members who will all grow through our educational programs. Check out the photos here.
Over 50 quilts are ready to bring warmth and comfort to local children undergoing treatment—thank you for your incredible efforts!
Additionally, Joanne collected more than 20 quilts made for the children at the Krier Center. Here are a few photos of those quilts being delivered. These quilts provide more than just warmth—they offer a sense of care and belonging to the kids who receive them.
Your generosity and hard work truly make a difference—thank you!
The Show and Tell pictures are available. If I missed any pictures let me know.
The Zoom meeting with Melinda Stanton was mostly a success, however we had some audio issues and needed to turn off our microphone in order to get clear audio from the presenter. We will try to get a better WiFi connection for the next time.
Our April meeting was Charity Night Sew-In. Everyone had fun stuffing pillows and sewing shut pillows.
March was an exciting guild meeting with a large crowd attendance. Everyone enjoyed the program by Jan Mathews and the fine selection of show and tell quilts.
