This was the 2018 version of the annual New Braunfels retreat Dea had started some year’s ago. Dea may not be with us – but she certainly was there in spirit and mind. The Newcomb Ranch did a great job – certainly none of us starved! The sewing was terrific – with many finishing tops (many did not include me). The friendships renewed and made are part of our lives now. A really big thanks to Joanne, who took the time, and dare I say the patience, to put the whole thing together in Dea’s absence.
OK – so I took 500 photos, and a lot of them were not of very good quality. And some were duplicates. etc. With that in mind, I was able to get down to ‘only’ 147 photos. This was the first year of men being included, and I think I can speak for the three of us – we were welcomed, accepted and included. Hope you enjoy the photos.
