Our June presenter was Diane Rose. Diane has been vision impaired all of her
life with glaucoma. Diane became blind in 1984, just four days before she was to undergo
a cornea transplant. Diane’s condition has not slowed her down in fact it’s done just the
opposite. She uses it to serve as a means to motivate others to achieve their true potential. Sorry about the quality of photos – but your photographer was absent and others stepped in as best they could.
Diane’s presentation in June was inspired by someone who is blind but doesn’t know it.
